Tomas Monsen: The 903 is the predecessor to the C202. The 903 Series was developed for the military in the 1950s & 1960s. The C202 was developed for the civilian market in the mid 1970s.

Volvo C303
The Volvo C303 4×4 has portal axles and vacuum operated differential locks front and rear. Power comes from Volvo's straight-6 petrol motor.
Like any forward control design, a steep descent can be exciting, but the C303 is wider and more stable than the C202.
